- Operation of Cement grinding plant from CCR.- Monitoring and maintain process & equipment parameter as per specified in co-ordination with patroller.- Act as a patroller/site in-charge when required and in the absence of the site in-charges.- Plant operation and optimizing the process parameters- Co-ordination with field people for smooth operation of the plant.- Maintain slag hopper level in co-ordination with patroller / The CCR Operator is responsible for the operation of different plant sections from the central control room.- Maintain quality parameter of GGBS ground during shift / Measurement of various process parameters along with Shift In-charge.- Recording of process parameters and plant log for the respective section- Perform any extra duties assigned by the Shift In-Charge.- Inspection of specific parameters on regular basis.- Follow up of instruction mentioned in safety permit to perform a job.- Comply with QHSE instructions and working procedures. - Use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment and safety systems. - Be familiar with emergency and evacuation procedures. - Not willfully or recklessly endanger anyone?s health and safety. - Assist with the preparation of risk assessments- Report EHS hazards, incidents and issues.- Plant operation and optimizing the process parameters.- Coordination with field people from CCR for smooth operation of the plant.- Recording of process parameters and plant log for the respective section.- Perform any extra duties assigned by the Shift In-Charge and management.
