Shall be responsible for performing casting activities as specified in the Company to ensure compliance to applicable Standards and Customer requirements? Carries out Casting Operator duties assigned by the supervisor according to production requirements.? To ensure sufficient availability of Casting consumables and tools required for CC operation? Ensures that all Casting safeties in the machine are working and abides by the company policy to confirm to safety regulations.? Ensures that Casting work area is clean and free of any obstacles or encumbrances to avoid Steel Making Plant hazards? Confirm readiness of machine for new casting sequence and check machine parts.? Follow the instruction for replacement the mould as well as reactive source? Ensures the effective execution of casting operational policies covering all areas of the casting plant so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a cost -effective quality product to RM operation.? In case of an emergency situation, co-operates and acts in accordance with the operational procedures/work instructions specified by the Casting SupervisorSkillsGraduate/ DiplomaMinimum 5 Years in a Steel Plant as a casting operatorTechnical knowledge of casting and casting parameters
