Job Description

  • Provide excellent customer service byalways greeting customers and speaking politely and respectfully.
  • Professionally handle customer complaintsby following the company's SOP
  • Process customer transactionsaccuratelyusing POS (Point-of-Sale) system
  • Process ordering of supplies (food and raw materials) through the company's own system/software.
  • Handle returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policy
  • Balance cash drawer and reconcile sales at the end of each shift
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop.
  • Support store operations such as stocking shelves and updating product displays
  • Stay updated on promotions, products, and company policies
