Job Description

In this role , you are responsible to verify all invoices and Flight Activity Reports (FAR) related to cargo services as per contractual terms and conditions and present those for line managers approval. ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Accountable for the daily verification and approval of Flight Activity Reports (FAR) in compliance with contractual terms and conditions of the respective stations.
  • Accountable for the accurate verification of cargo related invoices, such as but not limited to cargo warehouse handling, freighter ramp handling, road feeder services, ULD services and others, in compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
  • Responsible for initiating and follow-up communication with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. suppliers) in case of inaccuracies, communication of reasons for rejections and evaluation of supplier responses to ensure accuracy and correct payments across the entire network.
  • Responsible for strictly adhering to departmental processes, procedures and timelines, including the maintenance of auditable trackers and records to ensure KPIs are met and an uninterrupted payment process is achieved.
  • Responsible to action escalations received from internal and external parties, in compliance with set processes, and ensure follow up and coordination is done with relevant stakeholders (internal and external) to resolve the issues.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE. Educated to at least high school diploma is required, demonstrating attention to details. . Minimum of 2-year experience in an administrative role including processing Cargo Invoices. . Hands-on with SAP - VIM (Vendor Invoice management) . Good understanding of the air cargo operations and ground handling process . Excellent numerical and communication skills. .
