An excellent opportunity for a Camp Welfare Manager,position will be offshore based .The position will require to: ? Provide ongoing support to colleagues on welfare issues? Engage senior management to provide leadership and oversight on worker welfare issues? In coordination with the client and companies involved on the project, responsible for identifying and assessing their employee welfare needs.? Plans, develops and manages the implementation of worker welfare practices and accommodation standards? Provides expert direction on resolution of issues.Preference to candidates based within UAE.
