Employment: Full Time Cafe Supervisor up to 8K AED For A High-End Caf In Abu Dhabi-Oversee all front and back of the house restaurant operations-Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally-Maintain quality control for all food served-Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customers experience-Project future needs for goods, kitchen supplies, and cleaning products; order accordingly-Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards-Seek ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs REQUIREMENTS: -Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality or any relevant field-At least 2 years of working experience as a Supervisor in the hospitality industry-Excellent English communication skills-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment-Strong management and organizational skills
