Business PartnerOur client Government Sector-based in Abu Dhabi is searching to recruit a Business Partner. The applicant should have 3-4 years of working experience and will be responsible for implementation and achieving compliance of HR Policies and Procedures with the support of the respective parties and act as consultancy professional providing advice/counsel to assist line managers and staff in understanding and implementing policies and procedures, Support the organization?s change management tasks, Incorporate company branding in all related HR services, Support other departments in projects related to HR or in HR projects also Prepare surveys, analysis, and reports required by HR management. Excellent communication in Arabic and English is a must.
