You will be the first point of contact for potential clients?researching prospects, initiating outreach, and qualifying interest. This is an execution-focused role ideal for someone early in their career who is hungry to learn sales, build relationships, and earn performance-based incentives.Key ResponsibilitiesProspecting & Researchú Identify potential clients or partners using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and company databases.ú Build targeted lists of decision-makers (e.g., VPs, Directors, founders) within defined industries or regions.ú Maintain accurate prospect data in the CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce).Outreach & Qualificationú Execute daily outbound calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn messages to start conversations.ú Follow predefined scripts and templates, while adapting to prospect responses.ú Qualify leads based on basic criteria (budget, need, timeline) before passing to a senior BD or sales rep.ú Schedule introductory meetings or demos for the closing team.Administration & Learningú Log all activities, notes, and next steps in the CRM.ú Meet weekly KPIs: calls made, emails sent, meetings booked, qualified leads.ú Attend training sessions on product knowledge, objection handling, and communication skills.QualificationsRequired:ú Bachelor?s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.ú 2?8 years of professional experience (internships count).ú Strong written and verbal communication skills.ú Comfortable making calls per day and handling rejection.ú Basic proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and email.
