Roles & ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis & RequirementsElicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria.Conduct requirement workshops with business and operations teams.Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications.Business Banking ExpertiseLead initiatives related toCustomer Onboarding & KYCAccount MaintenanceCustomer Due Diligence CDDCash ManagementStakeholder ManagementWork closely with Product Owners, Business Users, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and IT teams.Facilitate workshops and requirement walkthrough sessions.Manage requirement change requests and impact assessments.Testing & DeliverySupport SIT and UAT activities.Prepare test scenarios and business validation scripts.Participate in production readiness and post-implementation support.Desired Candidate Profile6+ years of Business Analysis experience Minimum 3 years in Business Banking, SME Banking, or Corporate Banking Strong understanding of Banking Operations and Regulatory requirements Experience in Agile and Waterfall delivery models Knowledge of KYC & AML FATCA / CRS Business Account Opening Corporate Customer Servicing Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Visio/Draw io CBAP, PMI PBA, or Agile Certification preferred Banking experience within the UAE/GCC market preferred
