? Be informed and implement the BIM Execution Plan requirements for internal and direct works BIM deliverables,? Responsible for implementation and maintenance shared BIM attribute data files, project information requirements in the form of properties and parameter values in the models, ? Facilitate 3D spatial coordination in a coordination software/platform and report/assign clash related issues to project stakeholders,? Estimate the resource and the time required to produce drawings and other BIM related requirements from the project BIM,? Perform model QA/QC checks on the project for direct works as well as sub-contractor models.? Work closely with engineering team members to resolve model problems and ensure their understanding of project, office and/or client BIM standards.? Lead training sessions with project teams on software applications and processes,? Contribute to the development of processes, procedures, templates, and model content.
