We are looking for BIM Coordinator?Experience: 10+ years? experience in general and 5+ years? experience in BIM modelling.?Strong knowledge in all areas of Architectural BIM Modeling, Co-ordination as per construction schedule, Clash Rectification and Quantity take off, Installation and Management.?Proficient in Revit software; Completed, finalized and submitted at least 3+ projects design using Revit. ?Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Architectural / Engineering or similar.?Experience in multidiscipline design coordination, development, and analysis, including architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire suppression.?Identify conflicts, incomplete or ambiguous design information. ?Compile BIM delivery method statement and contract close out documentation.?Provide QA/QC of Model development by BIM Architects/Engineers.?Create and maintain planning, scheduling and revisions.Please forward your resume to hr@rwa.com
