Job Description

Currently looking to speak with bilingual Corporate Lawyers based in Abu Dhabi or open to relocating from other GCC regions. Fantastic opportunity to work on some of the biggest Regional and Cross-Boarder Corporate Work.Key Requirements:

  • 2 positions open from 2 to 8 PQE
  • Must be fluent in Arabic & English
  • The successful applicants will not neccessarily be Common Law Qualified but must have experience at a Top Tier Regional Firm
  • Broad Corporate experience in M&As, Joint Ventures, Distribution and Agency Agreements, licensing etc.
