We are an award winning architectural practice, looking for a BID Assistant/Coordinator to join our BID Manager in creating winning bids'.If you are an Architect or Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of Biding experience. If you are hard-working, self-motivated individual with winning spirit we would like to hear from you. Key Objectives? Proposals creation ? Reporting ? follow-upsExpectations & Responsibilities related to your role? Assisting in managing bid qualification (bid go / no go) process for new opportunities.? Assist in managing virtual bid teams, sub-consultants, and specialists required for each and every bid with the inputs from a variety of internal stakeholders.? Identifying required scopes for each project, approaching relevant subconsultants to obtain their fees, manage the fees and calculations.? Prepares and reviews commercial aspects of the bid, ensuring all services are included in the final price to the customer.? Risk tracking and management throughout the bid process.? Contributing to the written proposal - both in terms of content and presentation ? Help set and manage the bid budget.? Ensure timely delivery of compliant and commercially sound bids.?
