Responsibilities? Serve guest needs by assisting the Server to stock supplies, clear tables and complete guest request? Clear, clean and set-up tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner; greet guests, provide water, bread and butter service according to Four Seasons Standards to ensure superior service.? Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.? Stock linens, china, glass, silver, and food items for service; assist in preparation of smaller items such as toast, soup, or beverages.? Breakdown, clean and set-up buffets and food stations.? Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.? Deliver guest food orders and assist servers in serving beverages and bar snacks? Stock suppliesPreferred Qualifications & Skills? Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language? Education: High school education or equivalent experience.? Six to twelve months of restaurant, food and beverage, or equivalent experience is required.?
