The ideal candidate will be flexible and adaptable to meet the requirements of the business wherever necessary.Essential? Experience in large modification and wiring installations? Current Human Factors, EWIS and Fuel Tank Safety and SMS certificates? Full driving licence? Unrestricted right to live and work in the UAE subject to visa? Able to obtain airside security clearance? Be able to provide references to substantiate experience and previous accomplishmentsSkills Duties and knowledge? Demonstrate extremely high level of competence in managing work flows and methods planning of wiring installations.? Foresight of work required including wiring installation drawing deviations where required by means of liaison with DAO (Part 21 organisation) to accomplish final requirement.? Ability to identify tooling requirement shortages prior to need date to maintain cadence of program.? Ability to work under instruction in a team for a duration of 12 to 24 months based in the UAE.? Extremely high level of professionalism with a personable approach.? Assist with base maintenance in accordance with the approved data on customer aircraft within the allocated timeframe.? Ensure that Airworthiness, Safety and Quality Controls are complied with at all times.? Computer literate and familiar with CAFAM and Microsoft Office products.? Must be able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of aircraft systems and industry procedures including troubleshooting of defects.? Must be highly proficient with aircraft documentation and have a broad skill set in aircraft maintenance, repair and trouble shooting.? Must have excellent communication skills at all levels.? Must be able to work under pressure and in a flexible manner and maintain very high level of control of paperwork and task recording.? Must be able to demonstrate and provide references for proof of extremely high quality of work.
