Job Description

  • Prepare surfaces for painting or coating (cleaning, sanding, masking, priming).
  • Mix and apply automotive paints and finishes according to specifications.
  • Perform powder coating including setup, application, and curing processes.
  • Inspect finished parts for quality, consistency, and adherence to standards.
  • Follow safety protocols, including handling chemicals and operating spray booths/ovens.
  • Perform touch-ups, rework, and color matching as required.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
