? Must know various design software?s on both 3d & 2d.? Graphics design editing talent using Photoshop CS3 or any similar graphics software.? Ability to be inventive & imaginative in presenting realistic visual design architectural perspectives.? Has a good preparation & presentation design proposals to the client.? Experienced in presentable measured scaled printing/plotting in all sizes including A1-A0.? Wide experience in reading plans / as-built drawings not only in Architectural but including MEP-LANDSCAPE-STRUCTURAL-CIVIL-ELECTRICAL.? Coordinates with engineers and other professionals to deliver good quality layout plans ( ex: security layout plans, CCTV, soft-services, way-findings, HSE and etc.)? Have a creative, logical & analytical approach in design concepts, driven by gaining a deeper understanding of the problem, and will able to produce feasible design solutions.? Confident to deliver & organize work with time management skills..? Excellent English is required with good verbal & communication skills, Arabic Language is a plus.? Plans, lays outs, draws, and revises detailed part, assembly, and installation engineering drawings from basic layouts? Design and detailing of architectural, Mechanical and Electrical layout using AutoCAD 2D or AutoCAD 3D.? Establishes references, and standard data in a field of specialization such as structures, devices, mechanics, electrical, or electronics? Completes details of major layout drawings prepared by others in accordance with standard engineering drafting practices? Determines scaling; inserts necessary reference planes, centering and dimension lines, hidden line interpolations, and sectioning; prepares specifications for parts, assemblies, and installations? Contributes design modifications as required? Provides engineering support that maximizes the value of the services and products? Competent with AutoCAD 2D & AutoCAD 3D with a solid understanding of engineering principles and process pipework
