An IT network manager plays a critical role in managing the company's data and implement up-to-date solutions across the IT Network infrastructure team.If you have worked in IT infrastructure team with experience in managing technical evaluation of solutions/products, managing production landscape, vendor management, disaster recovery & BCP then this role is for you? You can join our team at our Head Quarters, located in Abu Dhabi and your typical work will involve ? Must demonstrate strong leadership experience in a highly technical and complex environment. Understand the requirement, prepare BOM, Place order to OEM?s? Demonstrate broad experience in managing highly technical teams, a thorough understanding of Network/VOICE/Call Centre and call routing best practices and expertise in directing and communicating with teams in effective recovery practices during outages.? Develop a clear understanding of priorities and objectives that impact changes to the Production environment while ensuring that a high level of system availability and performance. Project Management for infrastructure activities.? Oversee operations to ensure reliability, timeliness, and productivity and develop and execute strategic tasks and goals for process improvement. Project status reviews with customer and internal management? Work with cross functional teams to plan objectives and the strategy to comply with professional standards and address the risks to the business. Enable automatic DR failover? Use current technology and tools to enhance the effectiveness of deliverables and services. Managing the entire infra operations services by managing all the deliverables/activities of network, service desk and project. Prepare Operations Manual, Installation Manuals & reports for submission ? Negotiate with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to secure infrastructure-specific products and services.Are you awesome at ? Expert in Network and Security Domain with solutioning capabilities that balance Business requirements with Information and Cyber Security.Commanding knowledge on DR, BCP & HAThrough knowledge of WAN, LAN, routing, switching, Firewalls, IPS, APT, Load Balancers, DDoS and other Endpoint Security technologies like AV, Application Whitelisting, DLP, MFA, Knowledge on SDN with through understanding of SD Wan and NFV. Should be able to interact with Telecom partners in determining the best suitable solutions to ensure high uptime.Clear understanding of the project management framework. Should be able to write functional requirements/specifications.Commanding knowledge of concept of quality management practices and methods. ITIL, CCNP/CCIE, CISSP certifications preferred.Extra Awesome if?
