Job Description

Currently working with an in-house entity who are looking for a Senior Lawyer with experience in corporate M&A and financial transactions to lead a team and work with senior management. You will be responsible for structuring deals for the executive committee, whilst leading a team and reporting into senior management.

  • Must be 12+ PQE
  • Must have trained and qualified from an international law firm
  • Must be qualified from a Common Law jurisdiction
  • Must have experience advising on finance transactions, capital markets, private M&A and JVs
  • Must have transactional experience
  • Ideally have experience working in the energy sector
