Roles & ResponsibilitiesAssist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing Solar PV projects.Monitor project progress, schedules, manpower, materials, and resources.Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, QA/QC, and HSE teams.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, clients, and other stakeholders.Monitor site activities to ensure works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.Identify project risks, delays, and issues and assist in implementing corrective actions.Support project documentation, inspections, approvals, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.Ensure compliance with UAE/GCC construction, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.Attend project and site coordination meetings as required.Desired Candidate ProfileBachelor?s degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience in Solar PV projects is mandatory.GCC experience is mandatory, preferably UAE experience.Strong construction/project management background is highly preferred.Experience in EPC, renewable energy, infrastructure, or industrial construction projects.Good knowledge of project planning, site execution, subcontractor coordination, and project reporting.Strong communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Good command of English, both written and spoken.Proficiency in MS Office and project management/planning tools.
