Create/Update cost centre in accounting system as and whenrequired.Process payments within the TAT ensuring paymentsgovernance structure.Posting expenses to appropriate cost centre.Support & coordinate with team members for executing paymentsReview expenses accounted on a monthly basis and preparevariance report (month to month and YTD to PYTD) with analysisof variances.Follow up with service provider for timely settlement.Maintain a close coordination with service delivery unit forreconciliation of service provider accountsEnsure proper accounting and reconciliation of Creditorsbalances.Reconciliation and settlement of advances.Ensure proper accounting of fixed assets in the books and entitiesin the group are following the group fixed assets policy withaccurate depreciation processing and capitalisation of assets asper IFRS and management policies.Ensure timely closure of books after passing all provision entriesand support external audits by providing accurate information.Coordinate with internal auditors during department audits.
