Minimum Qualification and Experience:? A Degree in Civil Engineering.? A minimum of 5 years of Road Asset Survey and Planning experience.? Background in Road construction and maintenance.? Knowledge of Asset Management Systems The Asset Management Engineer is responsible for the following activities:? Engineering the Regional Road Network Asset Management System.? Promote good employee relations, attitudes and practices and attend to sensitive issues as they arise and inform the Maintenance and Asset Manager of potential problems.? Management of inspection schedules.? Arranging asset condition monitoring and reporting.? Preparation of Asset Management related Reports.? Other duties as directed by the Project Manager
