Equivalent Bachelor Degree in Architecture, Engineering or related field, at least 7 years? experience in a detailed design role. Minimum 10-15 years? experience in the industry.Contribute in executing design services to any assigned project effectively and efficiently under supervision and guidance of Design Manager and/or Senior/Project Architect.Contribute in conceiving and developing architectural solutions to meet client requirements, regulations, codes and standards and economy and adequacy for construction.Requires relevant experience in almost all phases of design to all disciplines; i.e. architecture, structure and engineering, including substantial and varied experience involving responsible planning and design of complex projects.Demonstrate creativity, foresight, and mature architectural judgment in anticipating and solving unprecedented architectural problems, determining program objectives and requirements, organizing programs, and developing standards and guidelines for diverse architectural activities. Flexibility in terms of deployable hours and understand the realities of time pressure.Must have site experience and good contractual background as well as experience in review of material/shop drawings, ability to read MEP & Structure drawings and strong technical and details background. Having a LEED and PMP certificate is essential, excellent communication writing and computer skils (using IT in design and project management, specifically software packages such as Revit, 3D Software, Sketch up and Photoshop). Excellent command in English.
