ArchitectJob Location : DubaiGood salary and benefits will be offeredResponsibilities of the position :Full understanding of projects requirements concerning time, cost and quality.Realizing the estimated cost of the project and complying with it during project phases.Reviewing required permits and approvals, preparing drawings necessary for obtaining such approvals and permits in accordance with instructions of Project Manager and in coordination with Permits In-charge.Realizing the project classification concerning level of details and abiding by them.Assisting the Project Manager in deciding expected work hours for Architecture Sub-section.Coordinating architectural detail drawings between each other and then coordinating them with other sections and trades to ensure harmony between project documents being in line with the approved architectural concept and project s goals and requirements.Examining project documents at each phase regarding correctness of production and technical coordination.Evaluating performance of the architectural team, supervising their work, proposing training for them if necessary.Reviewing the site visit report and visiting the site personally if necessary.Informing the Project Manager if need arises for modifying architectural concept.Cooperating with the Project Manager to show impacts of concept modification notwithstanding the reasons for modification or its requester.Controlling quality of all concept phase s products in coordination with the Project Manager.Requirements :University Degree in ArchitectureRevit Certification, preferredMinimum 8-10 years strong working experience as an Architect, of which, minimum 5 years must be a consultancy experience.Consultancy experience, mandatory.Strong working experience in Revit.Candidates must be based in UAE.Immediate availability preferred.Skills : Expert in Revit and AutoCADInterested candidate can apply with your updated resume.
