Employment: Temporary Arabic Projects Management Specialist up to 20k Aed for a Leading Stock Exchange Company in AUHTo enhance, implement and follow up the adoption of companys overall Project Management mechanism through the development of PMP standards, processes and policies and contribute to all project management activitiesAccountable for the development of Project Management Standards, policies and processes and ensure they are being followed communicated clearly to the by assigned project managersResponsible for the coordination and organization of Project Management committee meetings and reportsConduct project feasibility studies and to assess their alignment with companys strategic plan and provide the necessary recommendations to Head of Strategy and Organizational ExcellenceAssist in the development of project scopes and objectives and project action plans, to ensure relevant stakeholders are involved and technical feasibility is achievedSupport assigned Project Managers in the implementation of companys projects according to the standards and processes, and follow up on the documentationAssist project committees in reviewing all required changes in a project scope, schedule or costs and provide the necessary recommendations based on the appropriate verification techniquesPrepare periodical PMP reports including risk assessments, blockages, budgeting adherence and recommendationsReview the quality of project delivery and its effectiveness as per the policies and proceduresSupport in the preparation of companys strategic initiatives status reportsCommunicate daily with staff within Strategy & Organizational Excellence department to ensure work coordination REQUIREMENTS: POSITION: Project Management SpecialistSALARY: up to 20,000 AED monthly gross depending on years of experience and qualificationsHIRING COMPANY: Financial ServicesLOCATION: Abu Dhabi, UAEAVAILABILITY: Can join immediately or maximum 1-monthEMPLOYMENT TYPE: TemporaryCANDIDATE PROFILE:Open to ARABIC nationalsMale, 45 years old and belowEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Project Management or any relevant courseMinimum 5 years of experience in a similar role preferably from a financial and/or banking servicesProfessional certification in Project Management (PMP) is an advantageProfessional certification in Prince 2 is an advantageAdvanced level of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Excellent communications skills
