Looking for a female Accountant - Junior to Experienced level Expert in QuickbooksWe require an Accountant with knowledge of UAE Accounting Practices who can work round the clock as required.? Must have an Accounting Degree and Knowledge of UAE ( And; or) international accounting practices standards ? Recording all financial transactions according to accounting regulations ? Accounts payable: collecting and checking vendors' documents, posting journal entries, reconciliations and clearing up the discrepancies ? Accounts receivable: issuing of sales invoices, updating sales register Cash and bank: preparing currency needs forecast on weekly basis, maintaining petty cash register, wire transfers processing, calculating of cash collected from payments.? Fixed assets: maintaining FA register and depreciation schedule, conducting physical count ? Identifying errors in operation of the system and following up on corrective actions ? Developing accounting procedures and forms of documents? Making reports on AP, AR, structure of revenues and expenses ? Ensuring accurate and timely month-end closing and reconciliation of general ledger accounts ? Assisting in financial audit preparationSalary:AED 6,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances. RequirementsQualification Required? Bachelors degree in Accounting? Fluency in Arabic or Hindi is a must? Minimum 3 years of experience in the similar industry as an accountant
