1. Verify, allocate, post and reconcile expenses.2. Transactions within sister companies and third-party suppliers.3. Perform RTA Liquidation on a daily basis.4. Check Petty Cash Replenishment.5. Monthly sales closing.13. Prepare and support month-end closing activities for the Accounts Department.14. Perform Inter Company reconciliation.15. Perform accounts receivable report.16. Prepare monthly VAT Report17. Facilitate request of invoices to Suppliers/ Main Dealers for VAT Reporting.18. Assist VAT consultants during company visits on VAT related queries.19. Calculate Salesman and Purchasing Manager?s monthly Commission.20. Review of Cancelled Deals and get management approval on the refunds.21. Assist Operations Accountant on submission of relevant documents to Banks, Suppliers, etc.22. Perform Accounting functions to support the Group Chief Accountant.23. Accomplish all other jobs assigned by the Group Chief Accountant.24. Person in Charge in the absence of Operations Accountant.
