Roles & ResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, and repair Split AC units, Indoor Fan Coil Units (FCU), and Air Handling Units (AHU)Service and troubleshoot chiller systems, including routine inspections and fault diagnosisPerform preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtimeCarry out general building maintenance tasks, including minor civil works (patching, tiling, plastering, etc.)Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems and execute timely repairsEnsure all work complies with UAE safety standards and building codesRespond promptly to emergency maintenance requestsCoordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs when requiredSupport facility inspections and auditsDesired Candidate ProfileSolid working knowledge of Split AC units, FCUs, and AHUsPractical knowledge of chiller systems (maintenance and troubleshooting)Experience in general building/facilities maintenanceBasic civil works knowledge (minor repairs, finishing works)Prior work experience in the UAE or GCC region preferredAbility to read technical drawings and manualsPhysically able to perform manual labor, work at heights, and in confined spaces
