Roles & ResponsibilitiesPosition: AC TechnicianJob SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and reliable AC Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair air conditioning and refrigeration systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with residential, commercial, or industrial HVAC systems and be committed to delivering high-quality service while following safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning and HVAC systems.Diagnose faults and perform preventive and corrective maintenance.Recharge refrigerant and check for leaks in accordance with safety regulations.Replace defective components such as compressors, motors, thermostats, capacitors, and fans.Clean and service AC units, ducts, filters, and ventilation systems.Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and service manuals.Test system performance after installation or repair to ensure optimal operation.Maintain accurate service records and prepare maintenance reports.Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and industry standards.Respond to emergency breakdowns and customer service requests when required.Desired Candidate ProfileQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; Technical/Vocational certification in HVAC or Refrigeration preferred.Minimum of 2?5 years of experience as an AC Technician.Knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration cycles, electrical controls, and troubleshooting techniques.Ability to use HVAC tools, gauges, and testing equipment.Good communication and customer service skills.Valid driver's license (preferred, if applicable).Skills RequiredStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Time management and attention to detail.Physical ability to lift equipment, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces or outdoors.Working ConditionsIndoor and outdoor work environments from Saturday to Thursday, Friday Off.May require working in hot weather, confined spaces, or at heights.Availability to work overtime, weekends, or emergency callouts when required.BenefitsCompetitive salary.Overtime opportunities.Health insurance (as per company policy).Working Visa if successfully hiredTraining and career development opportunities.All necessary benefits with accordance to UAE Labour Law.
