? Conduct tenant service calls for temperature comfort within the building. ? Maintaining accuracy of system documentation.? Execute work order and preventive maintenance assignments in a timely manner.? Maintain Inspect, repair Central AC systems, AC Units, cooling towers and take initiative to repair and maintain building systems.? Maintain and repair air handling units, exhaust fans, fan coil units, reheat coils, VAV boxes and other associated mechanical equipment.? Any and all other related duties and tasks assigned.
