Job Title: Real Estate Listing AgentWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Listing Agent to join our real estate team. The Listing Agent will be responsible for managing property listings, coordinating with property owners, and ensuring all listings are accurate, attractive, and up to date on all platforms.Key Responsibilities:List and market residential and commercial properties for rent and sale.Coordinate with property owners to gather accurate property details, photos, and documents.Upload and maintain listings on company platforms and real estate websites.Conduct property visits to ensure proper presentation and readiness.Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide professional assistance.Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve listing visibility.Ensure all listings meet the company’s quality standards and brand guidelines.Requirements:Previous experience in real estate or property listing preferred.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Proficiency in MS Office and online listing platforms (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, etc.).Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
