Roles & ResponsibilitiesRAQ Contracting is seeking a highly experienced Senior Planning Engineer ? MEP to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring MEP construction activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules for MEP worksPlan and track project progress, identifying delays and implementing recovery plansCoordinate with project teams to ensure alignment with timelines and deliverablesPrepare progress reports, dashboards, and performance analysisEnsure compliance with project specifications, standards, and safety regulationsSupport project management in decision-making through accurate planning dataDesired Candidate ProfileMinimum 8+ years of experience in planning, with at least 5 years in MEP projectsProven experience in large-scale building and infrastructure MEP projectsExpertise in Primavera P6 (mandatory) and MS ProjectStrong knowledge of MEP systems and coordinationAbility to develop comprehensive project schedules and recovery plansProven track record of delivering projects on timeGood understanding of construction standards, codes, and safety regulationsBachelor?s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related fieldAbu Dhabi experience is mandatory
