Greetings from ERAM,Our Client, one of the leading Oil and Gas EPC company in Middle East is currently looking for following Capital Cost Estimator.Job Details.job title : Capital Cost Estimator.Type of Job: Contract HireDuration: 2 year with possible extension.Job Description.Key Responsibilities:Provides estimates to evaluate various conceptual alternates and support economic evaluations. Utilizes historical data with appropriate installation factors, site specific factors and experience to produce cost estimates for project authorization and execution purposes. Collects and correlates necessary project-related cost and schedule data needed to determine equipment, material, subcontract, construction labor, expenses, and such in-directs as engineering, taxes, etc.Ensures accuracy of estimates by working closely with Project Team members to understand scope and details of project.Evaluates project deviations to provide data to project steering team for proper decision makingKeeps abreast of global economic trends and execution methods that affect project capital costs.Provides supporting data for project measurements, external bench marking and project closure.Utilizes project estimated scope of work and aligns costs with schedule.Job QualificationsPrior experience with capital projects, design, and/or construction is required.Strong facilitation skills and ability to work in a multi-disciplinary environment/team is required.Field experience in plant or in construction is required.Chemical, Petrochemical, Oil and Gas or Energy industry experience is preferred.6 years of project estimating experience is preferred.Previous experience with Aspen Tech suite of estimating tools (Aspen Capital Cost Estimator) is mandatory.Soft Skills Required:Interpersonal skills for developing a client base and working in a multi-function team environment.Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and desire to expand knowledge and grow professionally.Ability to work in a team environment to deliver per project objectives.English fluency, speaking and writing.Strong ability in listening and communication, including consulting by telephone.Comfortable working with colleagues with a variety of backgrounds.Focused on delivering effective, usable results.Sound interpersonal skills, confidence, and ability to form good working relationships and negotiate effectively with internal and external contacts.Education:BS degree in engineering, preferred degrees: mechanical, civil engineering and/or industrial engineering, construction management/science, or related field (may consider other areas of concentration - i.e. Industrial Management).If interested, kindly give the below details and forward with updated resume.Present salary breakup.Expected salaryCurrent location Required notice periodAbout us:We Eram Group is a diversified conglomerate mainly operating in Oil & Gas, Power & Utilities, Travel, Food, Healthcare and Automotive sectors.
