Reputable Retail company require many positions in the Asir area ( Abha & Khamis Mushait)Retail Area Manager Retail Store Manager Retail Store SupervisorHead cashier & and customer service The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage the daily operations of the retail store and complete tasks related to inventory tracking, team member coaching, and customer service. He should be a confident leader and be able to share their best practices to onboard new employees. This candidate should also possess strong leadership skills and be able to assign duties to relevant employees to maintain the function of the store.Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the business and ensure sales goals are met
• Direct employees in daily operations such as serving customers, inventory-taking, reconciling cash, and managing in-store marketing
• Assigns duties to relevant employees
• Conduct hiring and onboarding of new employees
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
• Track and manage inventory at the store
• Head cashiering
• Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store
• Oversee stock and store operations
• Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability
• Hire, train, and assess store employees productivity and performance

Qualifications

• Bachelors education or equivalent
• 5+ years of(store management - Head Cashiering & Customer service - Store supervisor) experience Demonstrated ability to train employees and be an effective salesperson
• Customer-centric with a positive attitude
• Strong customer service, management, and communication skills

You will work to foster customer loyalty and expand our brand presence. The ideal candidate will spearhead these efforts with a customer-centric attitude.
