Job Description

Job Responsibilities:Prepare weekly plan and updates in coordination with sales & production managers to maintain safety inventory levels.

  • Coordinate finished goods / empty returns movement to distribution centers to maintain safety inventory levels across system.
Utilizes visual factory concepts top control and organize the workPrepare budget plan for warehouse and distribution activities as per the business plan of the designated regions and ensure implementation.Preparation of AOP & Monthly Forecast & review it to Supply chain ManagerOrganize and oversee the daily activities of the warehouse and the distribution of productsDesign, implement & control ?system and procedures? for error free warehouse operationsMaintain inventory of products to ensure optimum stock rotation and stock levels as per policy and reconcile inventory variances with daily / month-end stock count.Regular coaching, guiding & training of staff on warehousing (receiving of product, FIFO / FEFO implementation, storage and distribution of product)Responsible of people planning, Health & safety, effective communication & KPI management whilst raising the profile of customer awareness & understanding.Inward & Outward Logistics including Logistics Planning & Support to the operations in the designated regions.Record & control the trips of all transporters on daily / monthly basis for accounting purposes.Assess weaknesses in the processes and recommend and implement changes as appropriate.Follow-up & apply the requirements of AIB / PI / FSSC in all warehouses.Motivate and develop the warehouse teams to ensure departmental and business objectives are achieved.Ensure safe operating conditions exist throughout the warehousing operation.Promptly correct unsafe conditions.Coordinate product sourcing within the Market Unit to ensure product availability in the right place, right time, right quantity, and right quality
  • Coordinates warehouse resources across all facilities.
Close coordination with other functional teams.Supervise & Lead warehouse team.
  • Develop procedures to eliminate loss or damaged product in warehouse and during transportation.
