Job Description

Job Purpose:Perform the full-cycle recruiting process (sourcing, interviewing, background, references, offer, onboarding) of recruiting full-time, part-time, temporary, contractual, and intern personnel, as well as ensuring a strong candidate experience.Job Accountabilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
  • Determine selection criteria.
  • Design job descriptions, design structure interviews, assessments, and competency-based evaluations.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels.
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System.?
  • Use and manage company career portal, social media accounts, and CVs data pool.??
  • Lead employer branding initiatives.
  • Organize and attend job fairs, recruitment camping with local schools & virtual events.?
  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by the department.
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
  • Create & update periodical reports, metrics, KPIs, and maintain an up-to-date dashboard
