Roles & Responsibilities Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and safety protocols. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services, preventing project delays. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and compliance with engineering standards. Facilitate communication between project managers, engineers, and field workers to resolve issues and optimize workflow.Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, providing a solid theoretical foundation. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in construction supervision, demonstrating proven leadership capabilities. Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is highly desirable, showcasing advanced organizational skills. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations to ensure compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
