HR OfficerJob Location : UAE:?Advertise positions, identify and communicate with potential candidates, conduct interviews, perform employment verification and background checks and assist with notifying candidates with their decision.?Acts as a liaison between employer and employee, overseeing employee relations. This involves receiving and effectively handling employee complaints, escalating these complaints to the level of disciplinary or legal action when necessary, updating employees with any changes in company policy.?Conduct exit interviews.?Ensure employee satisfaction and support channels are available to employees whenever needed.?Prepare reports and make recommendations to management about staff appointments. Complete follow up of the recruitment cycle from A-Z based on the company approved Headcount and year end recruitment. To meet and adhere to the hiring criteria and selection dates.?Provide advice and information to management and employees on human resource policies and procedures?Responsible for HR events, staff outings, Engagement programs.?Maintain the personal records of employees on matters such as wages, visa renewals and submission of documents for processing in a timely manner before the expiry date, leave and attendance.
