Job Description

  • Lead people-related organizational change initiatives across Chalhoub Group in alignment with Group and People and Culture strategy and priorities.
  • Work with change management leads across the Group to drive effective people change best practice and enable our people to effectively adapt to change.
  • Prepare, scope, project manage and lead change management initiatives across all divisions
  • Collaborate with all relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth and consistent project execution and change adoption
  • Contribute to the transformation effort implementing a structured Change Management methodology
  • Analyze data and provide reports on different metrics including project progress, possible risks, resource / budget allocation, etc.
  • Continuously assess the impact and adjust (when needed) the initiatives and projects to ensure they respond to any changes in the business strategy and its related people transformation.
What youll need to succeed
  • Extensive and demonstrable experience of managing and deploying large-scale people-related change projects
  • First-class communication skills - able to explain complex HR-related concepts to a broad audience in an engaging and compelling way and create discussions amongst colleagues at all levels
  • Design Thinking and Project Management qualifications strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of change management methodologies - certification is a plus
  • Co-creation and Workshop Facilitation experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills - be able to influence and drive action through multiple channels
  • A flexible and agile mindset
