An exciting opportunity is available in Rowad National Plastics Company for Operator, RNP Injection Based in RIYADH and will report directly toSupervisor, Injection OpsAbout the role:Perform a range of tasks using or maintaining equipment in a single process area. You will be responsible to:

  • Perform a range of tasks using or maintaining equipment in a single process area
  • Perform initial machine start up and make adjustments throughout the production run.
  • Prepare the site for operational or maintenance work, including start-up, shutdown.
  • Ensure a clean and safe production floor at all times.
  • Load raw material into the machine, manually cycles, and unloads the finished product.
  • Collect field data and report to a higher level for analysis to ensure equipment is operating and maintained effectively.
  • Participate in operating and safety trainings and to ensure standards of performance are achieved
  • Fill out production batch records when needed.
  • Complie with all relevant quality and HSE procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
  • Minor trouble shooting, reporting malfunctions/status and handing over to ensure that a safe operation is maintained.
  • Verifies that the site equipment of work that the role is coordinating is prepared for maintenance, with supervision
  • Routinely checks the product against fixed gauges and adjusts set-up accordingly.
About You:Minimum Qualification:
  • Highschool diploma with minimum work experience in plastic processing.

  • 2-4 years experience
