SummaryEssential Responsibilities and Duties2. Cleans and lubricates tools and equipment.3. Assists skilled tradesmen with routine scheduled maintenance.4. Cleans the chilled water coil with high pressure pump, clean bag/oil filter chamber, indoor unit dampers and strainer during preventive maintenance of plant rooms.5. Assists skilled tradesmen in repairing refrigeration units, small fan coil unit, window type NC and other related units. Replaces bag filters, HEPA filters, pre roll filters, wash aluminium filters & oil filters.6. Follows tag warning and installs protective devices and barriers for job safety.7. Follows all prescribed safety procedures.8. Follows all Hospital related policies and procedures.9.
