SummaryPerforms duties necessary for the accurate calculation of payments, maintenance of records, preparation of financial reports, and other related duties as assigned. Acts as a resource person and provides team leadership to the section. Essential Responsibilities and Duties2. Reviews, analyses and verifies financial reports and documents for accuracy makes necessary adjustments or corrections through journal entries or other established procedures.3. Researches and interprets a variety of complex technical information in response to inquiries.4. Recommends or participates in the development of new procedures and policies related to financial operations assists in coordinating approved changes within the system updates the policy/procedure manuals.5. Coordinates schedules and conducts training sessions for departmental key staff to explain and/or update information regarding policies and procedures tracks progress of specialized work projects or department functions.6. Responds verbally or in writing to inquiries, complaints or problems and makes necessary adjustments of a non-routine nature.7. Initiates payment processing quality assurance reviews identifies training issues and/or problem-prone processes to ensure optimal efficiency and error-free transactions.8. Follows all related Hospital policies and procedures.9. Participates in self and others education, training and development as applicable.EducationMasters or Bachelors Degree in Administrative sciences major in Accounting or any related discipline.Experience RequiredThree (3) years of related experience with Masters Degree orfive (5) years with Bachelors Degree including one (1) year in a supervisory capacity required.Other Requirements(Certificates)English proficiency required.Other professional qualifications in Accounting preferred.Saudi national preferred.
