SummaryManags the inventory of end-user devices and ensuring that these devices get to end-users in working order. By providing this service, the job enables KFSH&RC associates to efficiently and effectively perform their duties.Essential Responsibilities and Duties2.Releases devices from store and issue to end-users based on approved service requests.3.Manages inventory of end-user devices in store.4.Identify and implement cost saving projects, addressing device storage and inventory management.5.Assists in the Level 3 maintenance and support function for the Section and ensure that end-users needs are being met.6.Follows prescribed system safety and security procedures of computing environment.7.Participates in self & others education, training and development, as applicable.8.Follows all hospital related policies and procedures.9.Performs other related duties as assigned.EducationMasters or Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, facilities management or related discipline is required.Experience RequiredOne (1) year of related experience with Masters Degree, or three (3) years of related experience with Bachelors Degree is required.Other Requirements(Certificates)N/A
