Job Title: Commercial SpecialistJob Type: Full-timeLocation: NEOM, Saudi Arabia Tasks and responsibilities:- Review and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and forecasting costs.- Develop project pricing and estimates.- Analyze project data and financial reports to identify trends and recommend improvements.- Manage project risk and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.- Provide support to the business development team in the bidding process.Requirements:- Bachelors degree in business, finance, or a related field.- 1-3 years of experience in a relevant field.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Knowledge of Excel and other financial software.- Experience with project management software, such as Primavera or Microsoft Project, is a plus.
