Responsible for the technical management, supervision, and control of production processes. Responsibilities for the job includes the following:? Drive manufacturing performance by directing all production in the plant, to meet schedules and high plant efficiency by establishing and executing operating plans and objective.? Make sure that the production targets are achieved quantity wise as well as quality wise? Evaluate the daily output of the plant based on the different variable which effect the execution of the production plan? Holding custody of the operations for recorded business units registered in the company ERP system? Plant inventory management? Management of plant interlock and parameters setup? Budgeting and costing.? Manpower and machinery evaluation? Time frame delivery and plants bottle necks identification? Review and adjust the schedule where needed.
