Core Responsibilities:1.˙˙˙˙˙To proactively address and provide adequate support to the daily needs of the chairman?s office promptly.2.˙˙˙˙˙Manage and maintain the chairmans calendar, including scheduling appointments, internal/external meetings, and conference calls.3.˙˙˙˙˙Works closely and effectively with the Chairman to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.4.˙˙˙˙˙Receives the chairman?s office supplies and ensures they conform to the order.15.˙˙˙˙˙Screen all incoming communication/correspondence (letters, emails, phone calls, etc.) and independently manage outbound correspondence to ensure that incoming mail is filtered/distributed/answered promptly, professionally, and in line with Almojel?s standards and guidelines. Handled by admins6.˙˙˙˙˙Support the Chairman by providing a high standard of personal executive level assistance to meet the needs of the Chairman?s objectives - To execute and handle any task related to the private affairs of the chairman.7.˙˙˙˙˙To monitor and reconcile the needs of the chairman?s office with various business units of the Company.8.˙˙˙˙˙Perform all other business / personally related duties as the Chairman requires.Self-Management Responsibilities:?˙Identifies the training and development requirements for self and agrees on them with the reporting manager to ensure that the required pieces of training are arranged and attended.?˙Keeps abreast of professional developments, new techniques, and current issues through continued education and professional growth.
