Senior Payroll OfficerJob Location : QatarRequirements:?Experience leading and coordinating a payroll function within a medium to large scale organization. Sound understanding of the functionality of the payroll system.?Experience mentoring and guiding team members.?Ensure the quality and accuracy of data entered into the system?Experience in providing accurate and timely advice and information in relation to payroll queries.?In providing confidential, complex administrative support at a level that requires a professional approach with an emphasis on meeting deadlines, customer service and problem solving.?Organizational and time management skills.?Analytical and numeracy skills.?Problem solving skills.?To deal with issues confidentially and sensitively when applying established procedures and be committed to continual professional and personal development.?To relate to people from various backgrounds and to work in a small team environment.?Understanding of the Local Government Superannuation Scheme.?Knowledge of the various Enterprise Agreements applicable to council employees.
