Our leading technologies and our ability to apply them safety and effectively create value for our customers and shareholders.Partner with the bestThe Senior Integrity Engineer is responsible for using inline inspection data and subsequent corrosion growth, axial strain and dent strain assessments to produce accurate and timely integrity reports for our customers on-time and to our high standards of quality.As a Senior Integrity Engineer you will be responsible for:

  • Performing Integrity assessments based on corrosion, fracture mechanics and other mechanical engineering principles per Baker Hughes work instructions.
  • Preparing high quality written technical reports and, where necessary present to clients face-to-face (including occasional international travel) or virtually.
  • Performing QA of data assessments and written reports per Baker Hughes work instructions.
  • Delivering assigned tasks to the required quality on time To monitor task progress and to report this into the production management rhythms and to maintain planning system entries.
  • Handling the maintenance of minimum qualification certification levels in line with ILI Personnel Qualification and Certification Written Practice.
  • Assisting in the review and development of bespoke integrity offerings To work with customers, to identify needs, refine/develop scopes of work, solicit input data and communicate results.
  • Maintaining familiarity with standards relevant to the assessment of pipeline integrity and their application to Baker Hughes inspection data.
  • Identifying quality or productivity issues and potential solutions.
  • Supporting the development of analysis process and tools.
Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
  • Have Any technical degree or qualification specific to pipeline integrity engineering plus 5 years experience of delivering integrity assessments for pipeline systems.
  • Have Detailed, analytical, process orientated approach with ability to drive issues to a robust closure in a timely manner within a global team.
  • Have Excellent interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills.
  • Have Experience in driving change and influencing in a cross-functional/matrix environment is preferred.
  • Have Project management experience is preferred.
  • Have Experience in MFL, USWM, and USCD data analysis preferred.
  • Have Knowledge of pipeline defect types.
  • Have Understanding of basic pipeline integrity fundamentals.
