Job Description

Job SummaryTo undertake constant monitoring of data in systems, databases & reports, and ensure highest level of quality, accuracy & integrity of the data through advanced data quality management tools & techniques including but not limited to compiling, cleaning, filtering, sorting, editing, debugging, organizing, securing & archiving data & information related to Human Resources.Job Responsibilities 1* Use tools & systems to identify inaccurate or inconsistent data, and ensure correction of the same* Review data, systems & reports to locate and correct the issues on a regular basis.* Plan, coordinate and closely monitor database data quality and report issues to the relevant teams.* Ensure periodic reconciliation of the data in the database.* Maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting frequency for standard reports.* Perform tests on the data received, to determine quality & integrity.* Verify the data validity, completeness, and data requirements according to the data verification procedures.* Set data quality standards in accordance with best practices & maintain overall data quality compliance.* Collaborating with database owners to improve data collection and storage processes if required.* Identify the root cause of corrupt data and source-correct the same through improvement of processes & workflows, in coordination with the respective functions.* To review different data points and identify any risks related to data leakage due to loopholes in processes or system configuration.* Participate in any other data quality related projects or ad-hoc assignments, from time to time.Job Responsibilities 2Additional Responsibilities 3Job Knowledge & Skills* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Thorough understanding of local, state, and federal laws involving employment, HR, and HR policies.* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.* Proficient with or has the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS, payroll, and similar employee management software.* Researching and reading data and reports* Ability to make judgements and decisions on confidential matters, and plan and manage complex administrative systems and practicesJob ExperienceMinimum 4?years of proven experience (required)Minimum 1 year in GCC (preferred)CompetenciesAgility - DevelopingCultivating Loyalty & Integrity - DevelopingDemonstrates Accountability - DevelopingDemonstrates Resilience - DevelopingPromotes Teamwork - DevelopingShows Entrepreneurial Spirit - DevelopingStrives for Innovation - DevelopingEducationBachelors Degree
