Job SummaryTo collect, compile, and analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics, and apply this data to make recommendations related to identification of gaps, process enhancement and system optimization.Job Responsibilities 1* Report insights that will result in strategic decisions and highlight optimization opportunities.* Optimize the processes for data intake, validation as well as modeling & visualization* Anticipate future demand of initiatives related to people, technology and business within HR and implement solutions to meet these needs.* Build system to transform raw data into actionable business insights* Identify metrics to help support broader HR strategy and build tools that effectively visualize this data.* Collect and compile HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs, management, and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, competitors? practices, and other sources.* Analyze data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to HR Operations, C&B and Talent Development.* Prepare reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to the manger.Job Responsibilities 2* Create and deliver specialized presentations and training on HR related topics across the business.* Provide advice and support to numerous departments in the organization regarding HR policies, processes, and best practice.* Analyze and present data and reports to the appropriate area of expertise, identifying errors and advising on solutions.* Assist the HR team in the progression and moderation of operating policies, guidelines, and systems to encourage best practice within the company.* Review employee and candidate data.Additional Responsibilities 3Job Knowledge & Skills* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Thorough understanding of local, state, and federal laws involving employment, HR, and HR policies.* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.* Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS, payroll, and similar employee management software.* Researching and reading data and reports* Ability to make judgements and decisions on confidential matters, and plan and manage complex administrative systems and practicesJob ExperienceMinimum 6 years of proven experience (required)Minimum 3 year in GCC (preferred)CompetenciesAgility - ProficientCreates Strategy M2Cultivates Loyalty & Integrity - ProficientDemonstrates Accountability - ProficientDemonstrates Resilience - ProficientDevelops Future Leaders M2Drives Performance M2Promotes Teamwork - ProficientShows Entrepreneurial Spirit - ProficientStrives for Innovation - ProficientEducationBachelors Degree
